Key Account Manager (Business Development)
This dual role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing
clients. The individual will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer
relationship management.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow key client accounts, ensuring client
satisfaction and retention.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
4. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed business growth objectives.
5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
6. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure
seamless service delivery to clients.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their
expectations are exceeded.
8. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
9. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Collaborate with teams to understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
13. Learn and utilize various CRM tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and streamline
communication.
14. Assist in project management activities related to key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality
service.
Experience
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in key account management is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Strong passion for client relations and account management with a desire to learn and excel in the field.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when required.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Experience in Digital Marketing industry.

Performance Marketing Executive
The role involves leading a Facebook and Google ads team, driving performance marketing through campaign planning,
execution, and optimization. Key tasks include running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google,
coordinating with clients and creative teams, and improving KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and CPL.
Major Responsibilities
1. Lead the team of Facebook and Google ads, mentor them and ensure a smooth running processs.
2. Drive performance marketing objectives for the various websites through effective campaign planning, execution
and optimization.
3. Plan and implement paid ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive sales for E-commerce
websites.
4. Coordinate with the clients, and their design and content team to create effective creatives and communications
for the campaigns, which drive results.
5. Own, measure and improve KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
