About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both human resources and accounting functions, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute to multiple facets of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant records.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in policy updates and employee communication initiatives.
Accounts: Assist in daily tasks.
Keep a track on collections from clients.
Support preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Help process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields.
Skills: Basic understanding of HR practices and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of accounting software/tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Attitude: A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Performance Marketing Manager
Job description:
The key responsibilities for this role include driving efficient conversion and booking growth through digital performance channels, daily reporting of KPIs, creating compelling ad copy, staying updated on industry trends, monitoring web analytics, and evaluating search performance. Qualifications preferred for the position include 1-2 years of experience, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, a creative and experimental mindset, strong project management skills, good communication abilities, and experience with meta-ads.
Key Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to drive efficient conversion and booking growth by executing spend and campaigns across key digital performance channels including display, PPC & affiliates
Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth.
Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to customer’s goals.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
Qualifications:
Experience of 1-2 years (preferred)
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Creative and experimentation mindset.
Good project management skills.
